Built for life.

Architectural builders committed to responsible construction of timber-rich projects.

I started Arc. because I love building, not just the projects, but the process, the people, and the chance to make something properly.
Something that lasts.

We’re a hands-on team. We like being on site, solving problems, getting the little things right.
To us, good work means being thoughtful, staying honest, and showing up with care, treating every job like it’s our own.

We bring in technology where it makes sense, not to replace the craft, but to support it.
To keep things clear, efficient, and true to the standards we set for ourselves.

I believe great design deserves great execution.
That the things we build should not only function but feel right, for the people who live in them, the people who build them, and the land they rest on.

This has never just been about buildings.
It’s about doing things well, together. It’s about care, collaboration, and leaving something better than we found it.

Our Values

We collaborate with architects
and build for clients who share our values.

Cultivate Collaboration

We build as a team, not just within Arc., but with everyone involved. We value every voice and believe that great outcomes are made possible when people work together. We foster a culture of trust, idea-sharing, and respect, on site, in the office, and across the table.

Communicate Openly

Clear communication keeps projects moving and relationships strong. We speak honestly and early, always creating space for feedback, transparency, and shared understanding at every stage of the build.

Deliver Excellence

We hold ourselves to high standards and aim to exceed them. Quality isn’t something we check at the end, it’s inherent. It’s built into our culture, our mindset, and our team. From structure to finish, we work with dedication, pride and discipline.

Preserve Craftsmanship

We believe in the value of doing things well, with care, patience, and understanding. Craft shows in the quiet things: a clean joint, a considered grain, the way something lasts. It’s not just how it’s made, it’s how it’s held, repaired, and remembered.

Continuously Improve

We reflect, review, develop, change, adjust, repeat. Every project is a chance to learn, to build on what went well, refine what could be sharper, and use those lessons in the future. Growth is built into our process.

Take Responsibility

We take our responsibilities seriously, to our clients, our team, our contractors, the environment, and the communities we build in. We work resourcefully and make decisions that hold up over time. We act with integrity, minimise our impact where we can, and aim to leave each place better than we found it.

Exceed Expectations

Service isn’t a layer on top, it underpins everything we do. It’s how we listen, understand, and follow through, from the first meeting to long after the keys are handed over. It’s the linchpin of our process, our relationships, and our reputation.

Value People

We believe good buildings come from great teams. We hire for attitude as much as skill, invest in growth, and foster an environment where people have the opportunity to grow and do their best work.

Brad founded Arc. after starting his career as an apprentice carpenter. With almost 20 years experience delivering award-winning homes in Sydney and London, he brings deep technical knowledge and a hands-on, collaborative approach to every project. He is committed to building with care, craft, and long-term responsibility.

Known for his steady leadership, he manages from the ground, whether on the tools, in the mud, or pen in hand. Gian brings clarity, consistency, and a strong sense of accountability to every project he oversees.

When Gian isn’t onsite or in the office, you’ll find him running or brewing his next batch of beer.

Lewis Martin
Project Co-Ordinator

Lewis started at Arc. assisting in the management of document control, budget reporting and initial subcontractor engagement. Since then, he has evolved into an integral part of the Arc. team and uses his degree in construction management to bridge the gap between office and on-site operations. He takes pride in supporting the creation of sustainability driven buildings, and values the strong communication across the team.

While not working at Arc, you’ll find Lewis exploring the local bushland through hikes and camping, or out on the football field.
